In-Situ Product Renders for a leader in ergonomic office equipment

Fellowes is a global manufacturer of ergonomic office products. After completing several product visualisation projects for Fellowes UK, we were asked to create a series of in-situ CGI renders for their European division. The goal was to place products into realistic office environments, helping customers visualise how each item fits within a modern workspace.

Why Photorealistic CGI Was the Only Viable Solution

Photographing multiple office environments with physical products would have required extensive set builds, logistics, and repeated shoots. Photorealistic CGI allowed us to place products into clean, controlled interior scenes without these limitations.

CGI also ensured consistent lighting, camera angles, and styling across all renders. This approach gave Fellowes complete flexibility to update environments, reposition products, and reuse assets across marketing materials without reshoots.

The Process

We modelled and textured each product before placing it into fully built 3D office environments. Lighting, materials, and camera angles were carefully balanced to ensure the products felt naturally integrated into each scene. This process allowed us to create realistic interiors while keeping the focus firmly on the product range.

The Outcome

The final in-situ renders provided Fellowes with a flexible visual library for marketing, presentations, and digital platforms. By placing products into realistic office settings, the imagery helps customers understand scale, context, and use without the need for physical photography.
