Explaining a Bespoke Roofing & Extension System with 3D Animation
Icotherm needed a clear way to explain their bespoke roofing and extension installation system to customers and installers. Traditional video and photography couldn’t show the full process – so we created a photorealistic 3D animation to visualise each stage clearly and accurately.
The Challenge
Icotherm’s system involved multiple components and installation steps that were difficult to explain using drawings or on-site footage.
However, for use on their website and social media platforms, they felt a CGI video would be more effective.
Every element of the original conservatory needed to be animated to show its removal – right down to the lower brickwork and concrete flooring – forming the foundation for the new extension.
The Outcome
The Photorealistic 3D animation is now widely used across Icotherm’s website, sales presentations, and customer communications to simplify explanations and support decision-making.
