Invacare is a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of innovative home and long-term care medical products that promote recovery and active lifestyles.
They reached out to RSL Designs to showcase their range of Propad and Propad Revolve cushions.
Each cushion had a number of different design specifications, with the Revolve range being the first omnidirectional cushion on the market.
Invacare understood the advantages of using CGI to promote their products, which allows for a more detailed product video.
Through initial conversations and several planning meetings, we were tasked with producing product shots for the full range, including cover variations.
To assist their marketing push, we were also tasked with producing two animated videos. Each video would use a combination of cutaway shots, product explode shots, and accompanying animated graphics, guided by a digital storyboard.
We used Octane Render and Blender to produce the CGI shots and comp’d shots, music and animated text in After Effects.
