Assisting customers with the use of informative CGI videos
For our collaboration with Fellowes, a global leader in business machines and office accessories, we were commissioned to create a CGI animation that clearly demonstrates the correct way to calibrate a monitor arm installation.
Fellowes provided the original CAD models, and from there, we took the lead on crafting a detailed storyboard and producing precise animations. The goal was to visually communicate the calibration process in a clear, accessible way—minimising the risk of incorrect installation and improving the overall user experience.
By leveraging CGI, we were able to highlight specific adjustment points, illustrate key mechanisms in action, and provide an engaging step-by-step guide that supports users around the world.
